Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds

Last updated 3 October 2026. Piggle costs A$4.99 a month or A$49 a year for the whole family, including GST, after a 30-day free trial.

Free trial

Every family starts with 30 days free. No card is needed to start, and you can use every feature. To keep using Piggle after the trial, add payment details and choose monthly or yearly. There is no free plan after the trial.

When you are charged

  • If you add payment details during your trial, your first payment is on the day the trial ends. If your trial has less than 2 days left, you are charged when you subscribe.
  • Your plan then renews automatically on that date each month or year until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We email a receipt showing the GST for each payment.

Changing plans

  • Monthly to yearly: you pay the difference straight away, minus the unused part of your current month.
  • Yearly to monthly: the change starts when your paid year ends.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings, then Your plan, then Manage billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

If a payment fails

We will try your card again over the following days, and Piggle keeps working while we do. If every attempt fails, your subscription ends and your family's Piggle is paused. Nothing is deleted. Add payment details at any time to carry on.

Price changes

If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price. You can cancel before then.

Refunds

  • When you cancel, you keep Piggle until the end of the period you paid for, so we do not refund part-periods.
  • If you were charged by mistake, email hello@piggle.com.au within 30 days and we will refund you.
  • You also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Piggle has a major problem, you can ask for a refund, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Questions go to hello@piggle.com.au.
