Terms of Use
Last updated 3 October 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and Staff Pilot Pty Ltd (ABN 49 688 884 871), trading as Piggle. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Who can use Piggle
A Piggle account is for a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. You can add kids to your family and let them sign in with a PIN. You are responsible for how your kids use Piggle, and for keeping your password and family device codes private.
What Piggle is
Piggle is a record book for pocket money. It does not hold, store or move money, and it is not a bank or a payment service.
- Paydays, interest, matching and family tax in Piggle are records of what you have chosen to give. You decide the amounts, and real money moves only when you move it through your own bank.
- Pretend shares use delayed real prices and pretend money. Nothing is bought or sold.
- Piggle explains money ideas in general terms. It does not give financial advice or recommend any product.
Your family's information
Your family's records belong to you. You let us store and use them only to run Piggle for you, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can download or delete them at any time.
Using Piggle fairly
Do not misuse Piggle. That includes trying to access another family's records, interfering with the service, uploading anything unlawful or harmful, or using Piggle for anyone other than your own family or class. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
Changes to Piggle
We keep improving Piggle, so features may change. Some features, such as bank matching, may not be available yet. We aim to keep Piggle running all the time, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Price and subscription
Piggle has a 30-day free trial, then a paid subscription. See Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee.
Ending your account
You can delete your family at any time from Settings. If we ever close Piggle, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to download your data.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date. If the change matters to you, we will email you at least 14 days before it starts.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of South Australia. Questions go to hello@piggle.com.au.
