Kids' privacy and safety in Piggle
Piggle is built for kids, so it keeps as little about them as it can. For each kid it keeps a first name, birth year, a chosen picture and a PIN. There are no ads, no tracking tools, no prepaid card and no way to chat with anyone outside your family.
Example family. Names and amounts are made up.
What we keep
What does Piggle keep about my kids?
- A first name.
- A birth year, not a full date of birth.
- A picture from Piggle's own set.
- A PIN stored scrambled.
- Their jars, jobs and goals.
Photos
What about photos?
Job and goal photos are stored privately and seen only by the parents in your family. They are never shared. Job photos are deleted automatically 14 days after they are added.
Our promises
What does Piggle never do?
- No ads ever.
- No tracking or advertising tools.
- Never sells family data.
- No chat, friends or messages outside the family.
- No prepaid card. Piggle never holds or moves money.
- Nothing for kids to buy.
Kid login
How do kids log in?
A parent sets up a family tablet or phone with a 6-digit code. Each kid then uses their own PIN. The parent never signs in to their parent account on a kid device.
